Description:
Storytelling comes in all forms, but the basics are deceptively simple. Knowing the structure of a good story can help you better understand how to capture and hold an audience's attention...or just to entertain your friends. In this one-day workshop, we'll talk about the fundamentals narrative, then put those into practice by developing a short story of your own. No experience with public speaking or storytelling is necessary!
The workshop will be held in person at the East Blue Hill Library, rain or shine, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a midday lunch break. Limited to 10 participants, so sign up now by contacting Katherine at eastbluehilllibrary@gmail.com.
